Preview Trips
To help you get a flavour of the area of your prospective purchase, we can arrange a preview trip to the island.
Our clients pay for their own flight but we arrange and pay for up to three nights accommodation and provide a local guide to show you around the area.
We will collect you from and return you to the airport, and your stay will include opportunities to sample local cuisine and culture, as well as viewing suitable developments to assist you in your choice of investment.
Due Diligence
Once you’ve found your ideal home it is vital to ensure that the legal framework behind the development is sound and in place. Even established developers have been guilty of making crucial mistakes or acting carelessly, and in a worst-case-scenario a buyer could find that there is no title to the property or that it was built without planning permission.
Our legal representatives check building and planning permits for each developer and development, including ownership and building permits. Your security and peace of mind is our priority.
