What yield do I get?

Up to a maximum of 6% per annum, but there are 3 different types of contract:

Guaranteed rental fees with an annual yield of 6%. You lease your home for subletting for 103 complete weeks over 2 years. In addition, you will have 1 extra week for the delivery and take-over of the keys to the property.
Guaranteed rental fees with an annual yield of 5%. You lease your home for subletting for 95 complete weeks over 2 years, with 4 weeks per year allocated for your own exclusive use, which may not be in the months of either July or August. In addition, you will have 1 extra week for the delivery and take-over of the keys to the property. You must notify the subletting company of the 8 weeks you want to enjoy the property yourself at least 3 months in advance.
Guaranteed rental fees with an annual yield of 4%. You lease your home for subletting for 95 complete weeks over 2 years, with 4 weeks per year allocated for your own exclusive use in any month you want. In addition, you will have 1 extra week for the delivery and take-over of the keys to the property. You must notify the subletting company of the 8 weeks you want to enjoy the property yourself at least 3 months in advance.
