Fantastic Offers on Mallorca
Last year we released the first phase of the Pinars de Murada development (50 two and three bed villas) on the south east coast of Mallorca. Parts one and two of the first phase will be completing December 2007 and January 2008. The total project will consist of 333 units mainly made up of villas along with a small selection of duplexes and apartments and incorporates:
- Large green areas and vegetation (over 40%)
- Social club with Saunas
- Extensive communal pool
- Garden area with children’s playground
- Bar & restaurant
- Jacuzzis
All villas come air-conditioned and completely fitted and furnished to an extremely high specification from El Corte Ingles. Our other 2 developments on Mallorca come complete with a similar inventory.
On Pinars de Murada, the purchaser also has the choice of three different kitchen finishes, two choices of furnishings (traditional or modern), three choices of kitchen and bathroom tiles and six different paint colour finishes for the interior walls. Our other developments also allow the client the choice of either modern or traditional furnishings, examples of each are attached.

Currently we have a promotion running on all the villas which consists of a 10% discount from the previous prices.

The car will be delivered upon total payment and completion of the Deeds of Purchase of the property and the discount will be applied on signing the reservation or contract of purchase between from now until 31st December 2007. If the client chooses the option of the car, neither the insurance nor the road tax is included in the promotion, both payments being the obligation of the client. All taxes arising from this promotion shall be paid by the parties hereto in accordance with the law of Spain.
Payment Options - Now including a 10% Deposit
Option 1
10% deposit followed by a further 10% one month prior to completion. The balance can be settled by either cash or mortgage.
Option 2
20% deposit with the balance settled by either cash or mortgage on completion.
Option 3
If any client pays a 30% deposit the IVA (7%) and legal costs i.e. notary, mortgage legal fees etc (approximately 3%) can be added to the mortgage.
